Bajaee's Terms & Conditions

Bajaee (referred to as "we", "us", or "the platform") is an online gaming platform providing a range of entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Bajaee and its users ("you", "member").

By using Bajaee's website, mobile app, or any other platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

Key definitions used in this document: "Account" means your registered personal account on Bajaee; "Balance" means the funds held in your account; "Bonus" means additional rewards or credits granted by Bajaee; "Wager" means a single bet or stake.

To open an account and use Bajaee's services, the following conditions must be met:

• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
• Any changes to your account information must be reported to Bajaee immediately.
• Withdrawals may be limited until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete.

Bajaee reserves the right to decline any account registration at any time without providing a reason. If false information is submitted during registration, the account will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited.

Bajaee accepts deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's major mobile banking services, including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Withdrawals will be sent through the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals of large amounts may be held until KYC verification is completed.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, Bajaee may place a hold on payments until the investigation is complete.

If you experience any issue with a transaction, please notify our support team within 72 hours. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.

Bajaee offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms that must be fulfilled. General bonus terms are as follows:

• The required wagering conditions must be met before a bonus can be redeemed.
• Wagering requirements for the welcome bonus typically range from 30x to 50x.
• Not all games are eligible for play with bonus balance — the eligible games list is specified in the bonus details.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Referral bonuses apply to valid new members only.

Bajaee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If bonus abuse is suspected, Bajaee may void the bonus and launch an investigation into the account.

All games on Bajaee are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, meaning every game outcome is completely random and never predetermined.

• The rules for each game are clearly outlined within the game interface.
• If a game is not completed due to a technical error, that round will be considered void.
• Exploiting any programming errors or bugs is strictly prohibited.
• If a disconnection occurs during a game, the outcome will be determined based on the server's records.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

If you dispute the outcome of any game, notify our support team within 24 hours. The matter will be reviewed against server logs, and Bajaee's decision will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bajaee and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Operating multiple accounts for the same individual.
• Strategically abusing the bonus system (Bonus Abuse).
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegally obtained funds.
• Automated betting through software or bots.
• Exploiting game glitches or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing or threatening other members.
• Creating an account for a minor or facilitating their participation in gaming.

Bajaee reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violating any part of these Terms.
• In cases of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
• For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw all valid balances before closing. If you need to recover a balance after closure, contact our support team.

Bajaee places responsible gaming at the top of its priorities. We want our members to enjoy gaming as entertainment, not let it become an addiction.

• Each account can set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• Session time limits and cooling-off periods can be set at any time.
• You can deactivate your account for a set period using the Self-exclusion option.
